Our journey begins in the Dauno area of the Alto Tavoliere, where the ancient PERANZANA olive trees have flourished for nearly 1,000 years. This region provides the ideal environment for cultivating the finest extra virgin olive oil, renowned for its unparalleled flavor.
We handpick the unique Peranzana olives from our family's small 2.5-hectare grove, ensuring they're perfectly ripe. Within hours of harvest, we press these olives and bottle the oil on the same day. Our meticulous production process preserves the optimal characteristics of this exceptional oil.
